* Note 1: This is a GOP (Fundamentals and Orientation Examination). The GOP serves as an initial and early orientation for students as to whether they are likely to meet the requirements of this minor. GOPs must be passed by the end of the first semester of study, otherwise they may be repeated once at the next deadline. Retake Dates: For Principles of Business Administration for Minor Students Part 1, this is the following summer semester; for Principles of Economics 1, this is the winter semester.

** Note 2: There is one module exam for each module at the end of the semester. For modules that consist of two courses, there is also only one written exam. However, the written exam includes both courses.

*** Note 3: Exactly one of the three ABWL modules must be chosen. In the winter semester you can choose the ABWL module "Accounting & Finance", in the summer semester the ABWL modules "Leadership & International Management" or "Strategy & Digitization". Each ABWL module is composed of two lectures. The composition is as follows:

Modul/KompetenzfeldKompetenzfeld der BWL 1
Accounting & Finance (WS) =Unternehmensrechnung (Vorlesung) + Risk Management (Vorlesung)
Leadership & International Management (SS) =People and Organizations (Vorlesung) + International Management (Vorlesung)
Strategy & Digitization (SS) =Competition & Strategy (Vorlesung) + Digitale Unternehmung (Vorlesung)

Example: You decide to take the module/competence field "Accounting & Finance". In this case you attend the two lectures "Corporate Accounting" and "Risk Management". At the end of the semester you then write a module exam on both courses.
